These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and website operated by SHARK TECH, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including My Visa Priority Alert, My Case Tracker, My NVC Case Tracker, and My Citizenship Prep (collectively, "the Apps"), as well as this website at gosharktech.com. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Apps or this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps or website. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps are personal tracking and informational tools designed to help individuals monitor immigration-related information, including:

• USCIS case status updates via the USCIS public API
• Visa Bulletin priority date movements published by the U.S. Department of State
• National Visa Center (NVC) case status via the CEAC public system
• U.S. naturalization civics test preparation content

All information displayed is sourced from official U.S. government publications and systems. We do not create, modify, or interpret immigration decisions. We simply surface publicly available information in a convenient format.

3. Not Legal Advice

Nothing in our Apps or on this website constitutes legal advice. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. Case status information, Visa Bulletin dates, and civics content are provided for personal informational purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any government data displayed in our Apps. Always consult a licensed immigration attorney for guidance specific to your situation.

4. In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer optional one-time purchases that unlock additional features. All purchases are:

• One-time only — no subscriptions, no recurring charges
• Non-refundable — except as required by Google Play's refund policy
• Processed by Google — we do not handle payment information directly
• Tied to your Google account — use Restore Purchase within the app to recover a purchase on a new device

Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play within the applicable refund window. We do not process refunds directly.

5. No Warranty

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Government data sources (USCIS, State Department, NVC) will be available or accurate
• Notifications will be delivered within any specific time window
• Case status information will reflect real-time government records

Background checks depend on Android's WorkManager and your device's battery and network settings. We cannot guarantee delivery timing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHARK TECH, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps, including but not limited to missed filing deadlines, reliance on displayed case status, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Apps
• Use our Apps to scrape, harvest, or collect data from government systems beyond your own case information
• Misrepresent your identity or case information within the Apps

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and code within our Apps and this website are the property of SHARK TECH, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Apps without written permission. Government data displayed within our Apps (USCIS Visa Bulletin, case status text) remains the property of the respective U.S. government agencies.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Apps interact with third-party services including Google Play Billing and U.S. government APIs (USCIS, State Department, NVC). For case status apps, requests to government APIs are routed through our own secure backend server (Google Cloud Run) rather than directly from the app — this is required to keep government API credentials secure per their terms of service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue any App or feature at any time. If an App is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. One-time purchases do not entitle you to indefinite support or future updates, though we intend to maintain and improve our Apps for as long as they are commercially viable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Apps shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
