All content, design, trademarks, and code within our Apps and this website are the property of SHARK TECH, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Apps without written permission. Government data displayed within our Apps (USCIS Visa Bulletin, case status text) remains the property of the respective U.S. government agencies.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Apps interact with third-party services including Google Play Billing and U.S. government APIs (USCIS, State Department, NVC). For case status apps, requests to government APIs are routed through our own secure backend server (Google Cloud Run) rather than directly from the app — this is required to keep government API credentials secure per their terms of service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We reserve the right to discontinue any App or feature at any time. If an App is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. One-time purchases do not entitle you to indefinite support or future updates, though we intend to maintain and improve our Apps for as long as they are commercially viable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Apps shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
